Returns

At Wades Motorsports, we are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with both the products and services you receive. We recognize that no two situations are alike, which is why we review returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis. Our goal is always to resolve issues in a fair and reasonable way. If you experience a problem with your order, please reach out by email to support@wadesmotorsports.com or call 803-818-4144. Our team will provide you with the information needed to return your product(s) quickly and accurately. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

We accept returns up to 30 days after the purchase date. Anything past 30 days cannot be returned. Refunds for return are allowed with that 30 day window (excluding any shipping and re-stocking fees).

Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using an insured, trackable shipping method, as Wade’s Motorsports is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Restocking Fees

If a return is requested for reasons other than damage or receiving the wrong part, a manufacturer’s restocking fee may apply. This charge, which covers administrative and production costs, generally averages around 15% of the item’s price but may vary. Returns are credited for the product only, less the restocking fee and shipping. Please note: a restocking fee may be assessed even if an order is canceled prior to shipment. To avoid unnecessary charges, we encourage customers to double-check order details before submitting.

Non-Returnable Items

Any product(s) that ship LTL Freight. Products that ship via LTL freight may include:

  • engines
  • large body parts
  • transmissions
  • frames
  • head units
  • electronics

... or anything that is large in nature and takes LTL shipping methods

Damages

If your order arrives with shipping damage outside of any original OEM part used wear, please contact us immediately at support@wadesmotorsports.com or 803-818-4144. We ask that you inspect your delivery upon arrival.

Limitation of Liability

Wade’s Motorsports responsibility for returns, refunds, or defective items is limited strictly to the purchase price and existing condition of the item(s). Wade’s Motorsports is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages under any circumstance.
